I had an amazing experience at Drive In Autosound! From start to finish, their team was friendly, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. They made the whole process feel straightforward—no pressure, no nonsense, just great customer service. I recently upgraded the audio system in my truck, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. It sounds absolutely fantastic—way better than I expected. You can really tell they take pride in their work and pay attention to the details. If you’re looking for a place that’s honest, efficient, and truly cares about their customers, I highly recommend Drive In Autosound. I’ll definitely be coming back for future upgrades!

-update Received a call from manager Justin; was able to get a full refund and he apologized. -original Spoke to Chris about adding ceramic tint on my SUV while vehicle was being worked on next door and he was able to accommodate the tight schedule so I appreciate his flexibility. However, upon picking up the vehicle I had to clean the inside and outside of the windows to check for quality. Upon inspection; numerous debris in tint, exposed areas where tint should be, and worst of all were the gaps that were uneven from the top of the window. Cost of the service and tint $705. When I returned to bring up the issues; Chris had downplayed the issues and stated only 1 window will be replaced. I went to another tint shop to get their opinion and was immediately told to get a refund. Here we are awaiting a confirmation to get a refund. Recommendations to the shop: -Clean windows upon completion so any imperfections can be noticed and fixed prior to customer pickup. -Have a department supervisor inspect for quality prior to customer pickup. -Retrain tint department on application and standard for tint services.
